Designing a City of the Future @ TNS, 3/22 12-2pm

We are pleased to announce our next installment of The City Workshop Brownbag Series!
[I actually presented a talk — “Radio City: Sound, Space, and the City” — as part of this series in February, but I stupidly forgot to announce it. You can find my slides and the paper itself here.]

Designing a City of the Future

Thursday, March 22nd 12pm-2pm
80 5th Avenue room 802
Aseem Inam, Director of the Theories of Urban Practice Program and Associate Professor of Urbanism at Parsons The New School for Design, will talk about what it means to design a city of the future.  He will discuss the unique case study of designing a city on the U.S.-Mexico border, for which he was the project leader.  The talk is free and open to the public.
